MCM 22 chemical formula |H2.4Na3.1| [AlO.4B5.1Si66.5O144]

Description

MCM-22 is a novel microporous molecular sieve with MWW structure. It has two independent pore systems, one of which contains a large twelve membered ring cage inside. These cages are stacked on top of the other by overlapping six membered rings, running through an approximately elliptical ten membered ring window; Another pore system is a two-dimensional sinusoidal waveform pore with an effective aperture of ten membered rings, surrounded by overlapping six membered rings connected to the supercage. The upper and lower surfaces of the layered structure of the molecular sieve are covered with high-density pore structures, with a twelve membered ring opening and a depth of approximately 0.7 nm.
