The working temperature can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Generally, the inlet air temperature is 150~500℃. And the degree of automation control is control, and the environment can be solved by the environment.
Working principle
The solution, emulsion, suspension or slurry is sprayed into fine beads in hot air. From the top to the bottom of the drying chamber, the water evaporates into small granular products. Hot air is introduced from the top of the drying tower, and the feed liquid is pumped to the top of the tower through a high-pressure pump, and the feed solution is turned into fine beads or small droplets through a pressure nozzle. When the droplets encounter high-temperature hot air, the moisture immediately evaporates, and the material liquid is dried into a dry product in a very short time. The product is from the bottom of the drying tower or from the cyclone separator (depending on the configuration). When the hot air comes into contact with the water droplets, the temperature drops significantly and the humidity increases greatly, and then it is discharged by the exhaust fan. The fine powder in the air will be collected by different separation devices. There are different separation and recovery devices, such as cyclones (ordinary and various combined types), bag filters, cyclones + bag filters, cyclones + wet scrubbers , And bag filter + wet scrubber, etc. We should have different fine powder separation and recovery devices according to the characteristics of the products and the requirements of customers. According to the characteristics and requirements of the product, we can install a secondary drying and cooling system (such as ZLG vibrating fluidized bed or pneumatic conveying), a formulation system or a powder screening system after the spray dryer or dehumidifier. The particle size of the pressure spray dryer is generally in the range of 120 mesh to 20 mesh. If larger pellets are needed, we recommend using FL fluidized pelletizer or recombined pelletizer.
