Rice Cleaning Equipment

The TQLZ series vibrating rice cleaning equipment is a combination of wind and screen equipment. Widely used in the cleaning process of rice, wheat, corn and other grains, it can effectively remove large, small and light impurities in paddy rice. Equipped with screens of different specifications, paddy rice can also be classified according to the size of the grain. It is often used in conjunction with rice mill destoner to obtain clean rice, which is suitable for the subsequent paddy dehusking and rice milling process.

Structure of Rice Cleaning Equipment

● Feeding mechanism: The feeding mechanism is mainly composed of a receiving sleeve and a feeding box.

● Screen body: The screen body is connected by steel plates with bolts, and is supported on the frame by hollow rubber pads. The inclination angle of the screen surface can be adjusted within the range of 0°-12°. The inclination angle of the screen surface is generally about 6°, and it is 10° when used for initial cleaning.

● Drive mechanism: The vibration motor is used as the vibration source, and two vibration motors are installed on both sides of the screen body. The amplitude is generally between 3-5mm.

● Suction device: It consists of a front suction port and a rear vertical suction separator. The vertical suction separator is mainly composed of a suction duct and an adjustment mechanism.

Working Principle of Rice Cleaning Equipment

The TQLZ series vibrating rice cleaning equipment uses a vibrating motor as the vibration source, and the screen body is supported by an elastic structure, which can vibrate freely in any direction, so the vibration direction of the screen body when it is working depends entirely on the direction in the drive. Vibration motors installed on both sides of the screen provide driving force. The two vibration motors are exactly the same, the speed is the same, but the direction of rotation is opposite. Since the two motors are installed in the same vibration system, after startup, the biased blocks of the two motors can automatically maintain phase symmetry relative to the longitudinal axis of the screen body, so that the lateral components of the centrifugal inertia force generated by the biased blocks of the two motors cancel each other out, and the longitudinal split The superposition of forces becomes the driving force for vibrating the screen body. Synchronous adjustment of the angles of the two motors can easily adjust the throwing angle of the screen surface. This method has relatively low noise and is easy to adjust, and is currently widely used.
