PP Bottle Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine
PP bottles use PP polypropylene as the main raw material, of which PP is usually a colorless, odorless, non-toxic solid. Due to the regular structure and high crystallinity, the melting point can reach 167°C. Heat resistance, corrosion resistance and steam sterilization are its outstanding advantages. With low density, it is the lightest multipurpose plastic. Copolymer PP material has lower heat distortion temperature (100°C), low transparency, low gloss and low rigidity, but has stronger impact strength. The impact strength of PP increases with increasing ethylene content. The softening temperature of Vicat PP is 150°C. Due to the high crystallinity, this material has good surface rigidity and scratch resistance. PP has no environmental stress cracking problems.
